The first modern noble king of, Sa'raan, The capital city of the planet Thech-9, had his throne usurped by an unknown warlord in the year 973 B.C and in the process he was killed. The warlord disappeared without a trace in the year 2027 which halted the civil war. On the same day, a referendum was called to appoint a new king. The new king was appointed through the popular vote, the leader of the first resistance group.
