She had to stay with her mother, Ophelia, an astronomer, her stepfather who was a Head of Ares Interplanetary Institution, Hector Rudero and gained a stepbrother, Holden and little half-brother, Bryce Sweeney, from her father's one night stand with another woman and could see ghosts too. Perfida and Perdita had a lot to learn about paranormal things and how to deal with the help of a man named Hawkes, who acts as a mentor to them and March, the twin's best friend since childhood, Vance, a new guy in town and Leyo, an alien friend from the planet Livo in their mission in life to help ghosts find peace and crossover while facing in a time when supernatural beings were just nonsense in such era.
