The ocean isn’t as lively as it once was and there’s this dread in the waters. Merfolk have been disappearing as of late, could they have been captured by humans? Seems unlikely. Jax is a Thresher shark who wants to get to the bottom of this and thinks he's on the tail to solve the mystery.
