In a nearly utopian world, young Hideo remains frozen in the past as he lives his life in the ever expanding Nu-Japan. With the advancement of new technology, the world around him is seemingly too perfect; too synthetic, and it's hard to tell what is real. His perspective is changed one day upon an encounter with a very peculiar neo-human suffering from amnesia. Together, they embark on a journey to decode the meaning of 'life'. But not all is as it seems in this neo city in which they live in...
