The story is set on the planet Snoworld, a planet supplied by natural energy from its nucleus. Everything seemed to be in perfect harmony until one day to another, natural energy supplied stopped. All this happens under the pretext that energy was radioactive. Faced with this fact, the inhabitants went into an economic crisis, since they had to pay high taxes to buy new Luxbell energy, a monopoly power granted by Fibell Luxbell, Empress of the planet. Given all this, Spaicy, a girl from Snoworld strongly opposed to this new lifestyle, and decides to investigate what is really happening with energy.
