Set in the year 2030, the U.S. Government has started to enforce crazy tax laws without representation to the point where working 50 hours a week at your job will get you nowhere. Joshua Dullahan, a 22 year old grocery store night worker, decides that he'll overthrow the government by training shonen style until he's so powerful that no one can get in his way.
