After an unknown mutation sprouted across Earth, domesticated animals began to shift in appearance and display human like intelligence. In less then a decade these highly developed creatures gained a place working in human society. Liquid form follows the adventures of Cheg, a simple minded sailer, and Toro, an aquaphobic marine scientist, as they attempt to track the source of the mutation and find a way to stop it, before it spreads to un domesticated animals and causes mass devastation.
