For the past two hundred years a kingdom of light rises above the rest, embraced in the arms of a long dead, demonic tree who's roots keep the kingdom aloft in the air, safe from the terrible shadows it casts below. A man from the frozen desert takes it upon himself to do something no one else even dreams of doing, bringing light to the land by any means possible. During an unfortunate turn of events, he meets with an ancient weapon of unimaginable power. When the beast inhabiting it tells him that they've been waiting for him, the man must decide what to do with this new power, the responsibilities that come with it, and whether or not he can handle becoming a villian in the relentless pursuit of his vision.
