Nidra is a girl suffering from narcolepsy and just trying to make it through high school. One day, in a dream, she meets Cecil, a member of the organization SOMNUS, who invites her to join their cause to make the world a better place through the powers of sleep and dreams. She learns how to juggle homework, sleep, and defeating the threatening superpower trying to take over the organization.
