Delta, a young deer living in a forest alongside his mother, suddenly has his life turned upside down when his mother's life is taken from her from a strange creature that has been roaming their land in secrecy. In her last moments she tells Delta that he is not just a deer, but a shifter. She tells him there is a bag that she's kept hidden in their home, inside is a map that leads him to where his father lives and to follow it to him so he can be safe. Delta now has to follow this foreign object that he has never seen or heard of before in order to find his father and hopefully learn about who he really is.
