CAT ISSUES is a web comic about a cat in desperate need of psychological help. Finally, a much needed insight into a cat’s mind. It was created by Portuguese comedian and author Hugo Rosa. Uriel Cordas is the artist behind these fantastic drawings and Hugo write's along side Rui Moreira.
