Frisk is a soon to be journalist who joins an annual documentary contest in their city they've been following for as long as they can remember. Their goal is to finally be outstanding enough so people recognize their hardwork, as for many years, they felt like they never belonged among the people. They were unwanted by the ones around them. But not for too long. Everything would be different as soon as they win that contest. Even so, would things actually go as expected? Their plans soon change when a strange key is found by Frisk, and they know something is up. And so, Frisk´s journey begins across the forbidden gate.
