Thirteen Japanese civilians go from normal high school students, teachers, and every day civilians to a group of vigilante crime fighters. Their mission: to stop an evil man with an organization who wants to destroy the Japanese government. Can our thirteen do gooders stop the organization and save their Country? Or will evil prevail?
