Dead Ned is a talking, hot dog eating zombie who has grown bored with being dead. Scooter, a living, breathing human being, is a loner who has grown bored with his life of monotony. When the two meet, they become best friends and decide to “live” a free-spirited life of their choosing, but that gets complicated when Scooter has to constantly guard Ned’s true self.
